Summary:
1. Red Wine: Red wine is full of amino acids that contribute to the protection of your skin from the harmful rays of the sun. These amino acids also help boost skin renewal. This makes your skin fight off the sun rays that cause damage making you look younger. It also makes your skin resistant to damage.

2. Grapefruit Juice: Research has shown that grapefruit contains lycopene, which is known to keep your skin smooth. 4. Cocoa: Those who drink generous proportions of cocoa enjoy a healthier functioning of blood vessels thanks to the flavanols found in cocoa. In a surprising turn of events, it’s been proven that there is in fact, no connection between chocolate and skin problems. So I go back and forth between wearing Slim fit Denim and Skinny fit Denim. Here’s an on body comparison between the 2 if you’re trying to decide which pair of jeans is best for you. There are some big differences! Straight fit jeans and boot cut are cool but it’s not my personal preference to wear those, maybe soon though! SUMMARY
